YOGA & MOVEMENT
My aim is to help you build a lasting practice that works for you & your body. Gain connection, build resilience and learn tools to regulate the nervous system that will support you in life. I also continue to be inspired by other movement practices, and as a bodyworker, my big love of anatomy with a special interest in the nervous system, breath and feet!
My own experience with yoga began in my early 20’s. I found that beyond helping to strengthen my shoulder after multiple dislocations, yoga shone a light in the corners and got into every aspect of my being.
I began teaching in 2014 while studying an initial 200hr YA training with Yogacampus London and have been lucky enough to practice with some incredible teachers along the way, completing over 500hrs of trainings. I am qualified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and pregnancy yoga.

There are many reasons you might be interested in a 1-2-1
You’re a beginner, looking to start a yoga practice
You’ve been practicing for a while and would like to develop a home practice
You would like to explore a particular posture, or element of practice
You are managing pain, or an injury and would like to aid this with a therapeutic practice
You would like to learn how to adapt for pregnancy/ post natal, or where to start!
You’d like to discover practices that can help to aid relaxation and better sleep
What happens in a 1-2-1?
Sessions are either online via Zoom, or in person.
I’ll send an email questionnaire beforehand, to determine what you’d like to get out of the session
Each session includes a practice tailored for your needs, with space to ask questions & delve deeper where needed.
Option to record the session for you to practice again.

WORKPLACE CLASSES
I teach for a variety of companies, both in the workplace and online. Workplace classes are a great way to bring your team together, whether you’re in the same office, or everyone is working from home. I often include movement to counteract common aches & pains from desk based work, as well as practices for dealing with stress and unwinding tension. Get in touch to see how we could work together!
